There are no returns. None. You will not get your money back. I have no other words to describe, a "no returns policy". Your best bet is to give an address where an item can be shipped to, in order to receive your item.
If you fail to provide an address, one of two things will happen: Either it will be considered a donation, or your whole order will be canceled and you will be soft-banned from purchasing from the store for 30 days. The cancellation of an order will result in your money being returned to you, but also, if you attempt to make any further purchases for 30 days, it will be considered a donation within that time.
Your order will only be canceled if you do something extreme, like arguing with me over an item you haven't given me an address for yet.

Yes, someone actually did this, that's why there is now a much clearer policy in place despite it being common sense: No address, no delivery... and no delivery means you don't get the item.
No returns period, regardless of reason. If I have to cancel your order, you will be considered a troublesome customer. After 3 such canceled orders, you will be permanently banned from the store.
The only exceptions are up to the owner (me), and you are not entitled to an exception from any rule.
Have your lawyer read this over carefully if you want to try taking legal action against me. It's within my rights to have a zero refund policy.

I grew up loving water. Swimming, playing in mud puddles, all of it. (Still dislike the rain and wet socks tho.) When I got older, I discovered mermaiding, and that you can *actually become a mermaid*. Well, as far as buying a tail to flop around and play in, anyway. That sparked my journey and changed how I view my body, and my disabilities. Being part of a few different minority groups, it's nice to feel that my body is a powerful tool and a beautiful work of art. Swimming in my tails does that for me, and maybe you'll find that it does for you too.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier. I have no control over their shipping policies. Please be aware that when you order, the supplier on your receipt is the person to talk to about shipping times/issues.
We're sorry... but at this time due to warehouse policies, and in keeping with worker safety measures, returns are not accepted. Neither are exchanges.
Please be 100% sure that what you are ordering is what you mean to order. If a mistake is made, it is on a case by case basis that we can correct it. If too much time has passed for the issue to be corrected, please be aware that the no-returns-or-exchanges policy still stands.
